Let us introduce y’all to one of our favorite group of friends – the TastemakersCHS! We love getting together with a group committed to bringing you the best of Charleston’s must-visit restaurants and bars to add to your culinary bucket list.

Our latest TastemakersCHS adventure landed us at Mellow Mushroom, which is also the newest addition to our @TastemakersCHS Charity Partnership Program. One dollar from every order of Pretzel Bites sold September 7-14, 2019 will be donated to a charity near and dear to our hearts, We Are Family.

WHAT FAVORITES MELLOWED US OUT?

**Pretzel Bites** – Signature Mellow dough, cut into bite-sized pieces, finished with garlic butter and parmesan. Served with a side of our Pabst Blue Ribbon™ beer cheese dip, it’s the perfect shareable munchie.

**Enlightened Spinach Salad –** Fresh spinach topped with dried cherries, apples, house-made candied pecans and feta cheese.

**The Classic** – Mellow red sauce base with mozzarella, pepperoni, and a garish of basil.

**Pacific Rim** – Mellow red sauce base with mozzarella, ham, bacon, caramelized onions, pineapple, and jalapeños.

**Veg Out** -Mellow red sauce base with mozzarella, spinach, green peppers, mushrooms, onions, black olives and tomatoes.

**Giant Gourmet Cookie** – Massive house-baked Triple Chocolate Chunk gourmet cookies

A little bit about We Are Family and why it means so much to us. This non-profit’s mission is to provide direct support, leadership development opportunities, and advocacy for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, questioning, intersex (LGBTQI), and straight ally youth up to the age of 25. This organization is an amazing resource for at-risk youth and consists of a group of people who are genuinely caring and driven.

Their goal is to empower straight allies and LGBTQI youth to find their places in the world, in their families, and in their communities. What better way to show support than with some delicious Mellow Mushroom Pretzel Bites? Y’all can find them on Instagram here.
